What is the maximum size you can print on foamcore board?
We print boards up to 4' x 8'. Larger images can be created by tiling these boards together.
Do you offer full-color printing for foamcore boards?
We print Full Color CMYK using UV inks for color fastness.
Can I print custom shapes on foamcore board?
Yes, although for rush jobs this is a specialty service which could impact delivery time.
How long does it take for a rush delivery?
Expect rush delivery between 24 and 48 hours. Timing may be impacted by holidays, weekends and press availability
What printing process do you use for foamcore boards?
We run digital presses similar to inkjet printers but on a larger, more industrial scale, with higher resolution and color control.
What type of inks do you use for printing?
We use UV inks which are designed to cure/dry very quickly under UV light, rather than air exposure. This process also creates more vibrant and saturated colors.
Are there any restrictions on the design complexity for printing?
Printing at 1200dpi lets us present even the most complex designs with great clarity and detail.
Do you offer design services for foamcore boards?
Yes, we provide design, illustration and branding services, although these are reserved for non-rush projects.
Can I get a sample of the foam board before placing a larger order?
Sample proofs are available but will impact delivery time. Our project managers give estimates on a case by case basis.
Are the printed foamcore boards suitable for both indoor and outdoor use?
Foamcore is a lightweight material that can be cleaned easily and resists humidity, but it is only designed for indoor use.
